You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. MLM Structure

Pasypto operates under a legal multi-level marketing model. Users may earn commissions from direct and indirect referrals as per our compensation plan. Full details of the compensation structure can be found in the Plan section of our website.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Participants must not:

• Misrepresent the company or its services

• Make false income claims

• Engage in pyramid or Ponzi scheme activities

• Use deceptive marketing tactics
  Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Income Disclaimer

Earnings are not guaranteed and are based on individual effort and team performance. Pasypto does not promise fixed returns.

6. Payments & Withdrawals

All payments must be made through approved channels. Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times, verification, and applicable fees. Pasypto reserves the right to delay or deny payouts for suspected fraud or violation of our terms.

7. Refund Policy

All payments are considered final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Pasypto may offer refunds at its sole discretion in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors.

9. Account Termination

Pasypto may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

Gold Stream Plan

Investment Range: $100 – $50,000 per account. Users may create multiple accounts to invest more.

ROI: Investors receive 2.5x their investment over the contract term.

Contract Duration: 24 months.

Payouts: Withdrawals are processed on the 1st, 10th, and 20th of each month until 2.5x is fully paid.

Withdrawal Fee: 5% on each withdrawal.

Sales commissions and profit share earnings are separate and not included in the 2.5x ROI.

Pasypto Coin Plan

Contract Duration: 180 days.

Payouts: Two withdrawals

first on the 90th day, second on the 180th day.

Withdrawal Fee: 5% on each withdrawal.
